Career & Technical Education at Sulphur Springs High School focuses on preparing students with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed after graduation. Our programs are intentionally designed to connect classroom learning to real-world applications and post-secondary opportunities.

CTE at SSHS emphasizes high expectations, hands-on instruction, and meaningful outcomes. Students engage in purposeful, skill-based instruction, earn industry-recognized credentials, and develop leadership and employability skills that translate directly to college, career, and workforce readiness.

Through strong collaboration with teachers, counselors, families, and community partners, CTE programs remain relevant, aligned, and responsive to current workforce needs. The focus is not simply course completion, but readiness for what comes next.

We are Sulphur Springs High School Career & Technical Education (CTE). Our mission is to empower ALL students to confidently and successfully transition into post-secondary and career opportunities to become positive, contributing members of society.
